Sending a Proper Thank You Note will help to ensure that you receive help again in the future:
- Choose a Nice Card, the Dollar Store is good for these, or a good piece of stationary.
- It is a more personal touch to hand write them (in pen), but if you don’t have neat handwriting then you can type it and fold to include in a Thank you note that has a pre-printed message and your signature.
- To Address the Envelope:
- For the Card:
- If it is a Card that opens up, with a horizontal Image, start your note BELOW the fold, unless there is a pre-printed message, then you would write above the fold & sign your name at the end of the note and below the Pre-printed message.
- If it is a Card that opens sideways, with a vertical Image, start your note to the RIGHT of the fold, unless there is a pre-printed message, then you would write to the left side & sign your name at the end of the note and below the Pre-printed message.
- A suggested (but not required) structure for the note:
- Some Final Finished Cards that you see below from me to the Presenters that have come to my classes:
Thank you,
Mrs. Reed
