Relay for Life is this Saturday!
This is event is one that is very close my heart as Cancer has touched the lives of many of my family and friends. I know that it effects many of my students and their families. So, as a way to get students involved in the fight against this horrible disease I am offing the following:
- Bring in a CANNED GOOD THURSDAY 4/28 to be used in the Luminaria at Relay and pick up your points punch card. This is good for either ENRICHMENT POINTS this 9-weeks or 1 Service Hour for NHS (yes sophmores, you do need to start building those!)
- Come to Relay for Life! I will be there ALL DAY, see me at either the Jr. Ladies Tent or as I walk the track with my Brownie Troop. 5 Laps against cancer=DOUBLE ENRICHMENT POINTS or 2 Service Hours.
I hope to see you, your friends, family, neighbors, and anyone else you can think of there on Saturday from 12pm-12am!
