In class Monday the students took the first of their series of Argumentation Pop Quizzes, again trying to get them planning and thinking faster for the AP Exam May 11th. Additionally, they reviewed and discussed the last of the AP Objectives for the year, reviewing the types of questions missed is just as vital as reviewing Figurative Language for the Exam.
Their Journals for East of Eden Part 3 were due, remember if you will be missing a class for a KNOWN absence (such as an AP Exam for another class) any work is due to me that morning before you report for the exam. Many students have been selecting not to turn in this vital practice, the ones that have diligently been working through the journals, submitted ON TIME, are exempt from Part 4 Journaling.

- Final Achieve 3000 are due this week by FRIDAY! If you have not done 4 already this 9-weeks you MAY DO 2 this week as the Level sets begin on Monday. DO NOT DO ACHIEVE NEXT WEEK!
- 5/6: APUSH Exam Day, we will be doing additional Portfolio reviews in class that day to try and ramp up your writing one more level
- 5/24-Interview Day! This is the day you dress Neat, Prepared, Professional and have your final copy of your Resumes with you!
