Another great day of Interviewing, thank you again to Eric Gillis of Mandarin Chick-fil-a for coming in to talk to the Juniors who will be applying for colleges in LESS THAN 60 DAYS!! To prepare them for this important task they have their COLLEGE PACKETS DUE THURSDAY!!
College Packet Notes:
- NOTHING WILL BE PRINTED IN MY ROOM THURSDAY!
- COLLEGE ESSAYS: 2, Count them, 2 DIFFERENT Revisions on your College Essays, one was Mrs. Reed, then they FIXED THOSE issues and had 2 ADDITIONAL people review the 2nd draft. This is Parents, Friends, Another Teacher, MRS. REED after School Tuesday or Wednesday til 3 pm. Submit e-copy to Turnitin.com AND a Printed copy in the College Packet.
- SCHOLARSHIP ESSAY: You need to have the PROMPT & THE ESSAY in your college Packet, additionally the essay MUST BE SUBMITTED TO TURNITIN.COM BEFORE CLASS.
- LETTERS of Recommendation: Please double check with your References, have they had a chance to write you letter? Is it Printed?
- Resumes: Feedback was AGAIN given on the day of the interview, FIX THESE ISSUES! Turn in a CORRECTED copy with the Final Packet
This is the LAST MAJOR GRADE OF THE 9-WEEKS! Have it Thursday!!
