AP Lang-today the students reviewed the fundamentals of what makes the Rhetorical Situation through reading Lou Gehrig’s Farewell Speech and how to break it down for the Elements of the SOAPS analysis tool. Additionally they applied this breakdown to their 2 Letters that were due today: 
HL-completion of letter analysis as well as Chapters 1-4 of Boy Who Harnessed the Wind as well as the journaling (see link above). Also, ACHIEVE 3000 week 4.
Eng 3 Honors-today was the analysis & breakdown of the final projects, I applaud this first effort by the students in using MLA Citations and in putting forth their cards for class review; many great examples were shared, 3 remaining groups will be reviewed next class:
HL–Boy Who Harnessed the Wind Chapter 4 (for the 1-4 quiz next class), ACHIEVE 3000 week 4.

Additionally, they had final wrap up time with their TOAFK groups before the presentations next class.
