English 3 Honors-Today they wrapped up A Raisin in the Sun with their final reflection and the submission of their Interactive Notebooks with the Raisin Graphic Organizer.
We started discussing the Argumentative Research Paper “Economics in America” today with the article “Suburbia” as well as viewed this short pop culture piece on the dependence of Americans on the automobile:
We will be building additional sources for this paper through the next few classes and will be a part of their Midterm Grade for the Semester.

AICE GP 8B-Today the students submitted their Vocab Ch 1-3 Review (all words will be on the SEMESTER EXAM). Additionally, they did a 2 BODY Paragraph revision of their 1st GP Timed Essay. These were uploaded to Turnitin.com and they will be completing a PEERMARK Review by 12/11.
The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind Final Journals are due Th/Fri, please see the Google Calendar in regards to the Final Assessment for that. ALL STUDENTS Should have their GREEN COPY of A Tale of Two Cities IN HAND Th/Fri this week, we will be referencing specific page numbers for this reading during in-class discussions and students will be post-it annotating for this novel. ONLY the green copies will be used in class.
