AP Lang-Today the majority of students submitted their 1st sources (2 books & one additional), overall the Synthesis Packet is going well. All Sources will be reviewed by Friday (EXAM DAY!) and returned to the students with notes for revisions, late submissions for this project are not accepted for credit at this time. Reminder, 12/22 FINAL PACKET Revisions are due and the additional 4 Sources, including one image (political cartoon, chart, graph, painting) and 3 other sources (book or approved websites). Please see me after school if you have any questions or want for me to review a source BEFORE it is due.
Additionally today they wrote their next Rhetorical Analysis essay: The PINK FLAMINGO! This is a fantastic discussion on American culture allegorically shown through this tacky plastic bird.

English 3 Honors-Very productive day, finished the last of the Sources for the Economics in America Essay, FULL ESSAY PLANNING due in class Wednesday! We will be starting to type the essay in class, students should bring a FLASHDRIVE to save their progress. I will be after school DAILY to help students on this paper.
