As I was out the students were instructed to complete the following:
AICE General Paper
Class Plan:
- Please distribute Sample Essays & Green Instruction Sheets
- Review Sample Essays on desk, 2 per group (they will need to discuss and share for the 1st 15-20 min or so)-Please be sure to collect a total of 12 of these back.
- Independently writing the essay, they have the GREEN Sheets with all of the directions, they need quiet and as much time as they can use to complete this task.
- They should staple the Green sheet to the back of the essay when complete and turn in to the class inbox.

1984 book copy to class on Wednesday!
English 3 Honors
Class Plan:
- Please distribute The Things They Carried Analysis Packets (they may share the 2 novels on the desk or some may have an e-copy on their phone to use, this is ok)
- Working in groups to complete the Analysis packet, front and back page 1
- Independently working on the Anticipation Guide, including the paragraphs on the back.
- Turn in this assignment when complete to the inbox.
- When they are done they can read in their The Things They Carried Novels, remind them they have a Quiz on Part 2 Next Class!!
- Additionally they may play Scrabble if they have gotten their reading done.
