AP Lang-Today we started our prep/discussion/review for the Argument Essay, we will be doing these as our Bell Ringers as we roll into the exam in 12 classes!
We discussed revisions for the Status Anxiety Essay, talking about if comic really are only meant to entertain us or if they have a deeper purpose to discuss the things that are taboo. Additional word extension due next class!
English 3 Honors-Today we went in detail over the NEW SAT Essay Rubric, what the expectations of the readers include today and peer reviewed the 1st SAT Writing to see how well they were written in preparation for the 2nd writing next class.
