AICE GP-today introduced the students to MLA Citations for Research with the Horror Research Project. All details are on the link above, but a few quick reminders:
- This is NOT The Research paper (or any type of essay), this is a creative, quick overview as to who these characters/writers/directors are; breathe and read about their creativity!
BE CREATIVE! Yes, if you want to get elbow deep in glitter on this project, have at it! I had fun making my daughter’s tutu for Halloween & there was glitter EVERYWHERE!! (Please no posters bigger than 12 x 18-the small pack at the Dollar Store) Or if you would rather a Prezi because you like being digital, go for it!- Have Fun! What info made you go ooo, ewww, or EEEK!
These are fantastic characters, directors, and authors- get into the spirit of Halloween (just don’t forget to write down where you got your information from in MLA format for your Annotated Bibliography-2 sent summary, 1 sent use in presentation). - Your presentations are only going to be a max of 3 min, relaxed class, bonus points if you dress up or bring something in (think foodie) to share in the theme of your researched topic.
