Basic classroom expectations of Attendance, Assignment Submissions, & Projects:
- It is crucial that students attend classes daily as discussions and insights cannot be duplicated.

- Final Typed Items to Turnitin (Digital Inbox in their class Teams)
- Handwritten Items will be scanned and uploaded to Focus

- If a student is absent they can follow the blog to keep up with their class and e-mail me BEFORE they are out at reedr1@duvalschools.org if they have any additional questions so they don’t fall behind.

- English 3 Honors Students should have just wrapped up their Professional Writing Project with an E-mail CC-ed to you including their understanding of Academic Honesty, a Current Cover Letter, and an updated Resume.
- Journalism 1–Students are currently working in UNIT 1 to be prepared to create their 1st weekly column.
- Journalism 2-Has just released the 1st Issue of Straight from the Horses Mouth (our MHS Newspaper)!Link HERE
- Creative Writing-Just introduced their 1st Project: Author Research Creative Hoodie, they should have brought home a permission slip to be signed confirming the Author they chose. Please remind them to keep up with their planners, organization is crucial in high school!

- TUTORING is available MONDAY & FRIDAY AFTER school (Tuesday/Thursday by appointment)! PLEASE!! Do stop in I am more than happy to help! Students may also message with questions through TEAMS CHAT until 9:30pm Daily.
- LAPTOPS!! Please remind your student to charge them daily & bring their cords as MANY of the school curriculums are digital this year.
