Today the students gave an introduction and overview to their Research Paper topics. This was a wonderful in class collaboration item as they built a group Prezi (end of class Wednesday) and took notes as to the topics that the other students presented during class Friday. This was a VERY valuable day in class as students may be tasked to write a research paper in college on these subjects and now have some insight as to the arguments pertaining to the topics. This was a day that students can’t make up, conversation and details cannot be duplicated, this is why attentance is so vital throughout the year and especially as we near the AP Exams. Students who were absent can view the Prezi here and were given partial credit for the completion of their slides.
