AICE GP-Today they completed their Instructional Rotations:
- Group 1: News of the Week with the Wall Street Journal, Cornell Notes, same trace your hand and complete at LEAST 3 of the 5 fingers with approximatly 140 characters of information on the finger.
- Group 2: Writer’s Workshop with Mrs. Reed, we previewed the prompt for the CHIVALRY Essay, the handout they recieved today should guide their reading for the remainder of the novel..
- Group 3: Book Club, completing the character cards from part 1 to continue as they are reading in Part 2.

Eng 3 Honors-Today we reviewed their Part 1 Journals for Boy Who Harnessed the Wind (those that completed it properly from the Book Club Rotation last class earned an “A” those that completed it after the in class Safety Net Discussion earned a “C” as their homework was not completed before class). Students were given the-boy-who-harnessed-the-wind-journal-assignment-ch-5-8-handout DUE FRIDAY for the Socratic Seminar.
Additionally, we read through 2 Walt Whitman Poems in the HOLT ONLINE TEXTBOOK (Textbook website: my.hrw.com Login: mmustang43 Password: p3m4h), analyzing for varying Figurative Language devices.
