AICE GP-Today they completed their final test for The Once & Future King, they should have their copy of The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind in hand & a composition book for journaling next class as we will be doing the introduction for this new novel.
All Chivalry Rough Drafts have been reviewed and returned, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that students meet with a Jr. or a Senior on the APPROVED LIST on my board before or after school Wednesday or Thursday as their FINAL COPY is due to Turnitin.com NO LATER THAN Friday 11/4 @11:59pm, some notes so far:
Novel Summary Intro, give a foundation to novel- Lead in to all quotes, make sure you are incorporating them into your writing
- DON’T Introduce the evidence (EX: For Example)
Don’t Summarze what was just in a quote, explain what it shows/ exemplifies/demonstrates- Connect EACH of the body paragraphs at the end to the idea of Chivalry today.

English 3 Honors-Today was the Opening to the Mock Election Project, great videos & interesting Propaganda pieces were brought in today! Remember if you are still working on posters (2A) that they should be a MAXIMUM of 18 x 24″ so we have room to display all of them (like the center Dory poster)!
For the debate on Thursday please wrap up your notes having reviewed the Press Releases on TURNITIN.COM and complete the Peer review on turnitin (directions linked here). To complete your Ballot and vote for the winner you must have your notes and review completed!
