AP Lang-Today we delved to Dr. Martin Luther King’s “Letter From Birmingham Jail” as we analyze the crafting of argument from this pivotal leader. Students took 2 column notes on the Ethos, Logos, and Pathos of his argument as well as the varying Figuerative Language Devices employed to sway his audience. We have about 10 minutes of discussion remaining to wrap up on Tuesday.

English 3 Honors-Novel Sign Up B Day! Most students had their properly completed contracts to complete their reading of their selected novels in the Dystopia Project. Students need to be acquiring a copy of the novel over the weekend and be able to discuss chapter 1 ith their group on Monday!
The Dollar Store on Old St. Augustine Rd has a great selection of Composition Books and post-its for annotating as you read.
