      1. Go to FAFSA Website: https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa
      2. Click “Start Here” on mid-right
      3. Click “I am the student” -> Click “Create One”
      4. Complete all info on “Create an FSA ID” tab

      Complete additional info until you get to “Done and return to login”

      • Check Test & Email on phone to check security key

      5. Return to original login page -> Click on RIGHT “I am student” then login
      6. Click “Start 2022-2023 FAFSA” On left
      7. Create security key (ex. Family member’s bday)

      • Next page is FAQs

      8. Are you registered with the selective service -> Guys select “Yes”
      9. High school completion status -> High school diploma
      10. What will your grade level be -> Never attended college/ 1^st year
      11. What degree will you be working on -> 1^st Bachelor’s
      12. Are you interested in works study -> Recommend “Yes” = Job on campus
      13. Fill in “Mandarin” then any colleges you are looking at
      14. Fill in housing plans (dorm, apt, parents)
      15. Dependency status: Have kids/ married? If not select “No”
