In class today we reviewed their Rhetorical Analysis writing of “The Pie Thief” as they enjoyed sharing pies brought in by classmates. Additionally we reviewed their Pecha Kucha Presentations, some notes/reminders from what I saw today:
- Make sure that you have slides that are set to run during the actual recitation of the speech.
- If you are using Prezi I recommend having the Bracket style slides [ ] versus the circles as they frame the screen better.
- NO MORE THAN 6 WORDS! This is not a PPT that you can put everything up there!
- Also, Images should stick to the time period of the speech, beware clipart or glossy/staged photos
- Devices slides should have that snipit of the speech on the slide with an Image.
